Course Management

The module has the main function to manage school fee of each course in the school. The administration can create unlimited new course and set the payment price for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 years. It allows to create different type of course and class with contains teacher, room and level. With classroom management, user can access to the student in each class to view information, score, and list of student easily.

The users can save list of course book with the needed information which can be used in other place such as register, payment, certificate etc. Each course can be set with flexible payment within 1 month, 2 months until 12 months. If the school just provide only monthly payment, the user just set 1 month fee for it only.


2. Class for Study

The users can manage list of class for the school with the searchable and filterable list of part time, full time, Khmer, or Chinese. The information of room, teachers, time, floor, session and teacher are saved with the book name. The list of class will auto update to student register, class payment or score list in the system.


3. Class Payment

The summary of income and estimated income for each class are show by class. The user also use the tool to check the number of paid students and unpaid student in each class by month or class.
