Security is designed to ensure the data and process of system smoothly. It prevent the unplanned crash with computer hardware so that the user can restore the data to new computer easily.
The users can set up the current profile of school such logo, address of the school, contact number and other setup. The administrator have full right to create and assign right for other users according to their positions and responsibilities in school. All activities of user are recorded to ensure the accountability for each user.
The data are encrypted and backup to server followed the need of administrators. Data can be stored in external hard disk, cloud storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive etc.
