Stationary Stock

A complete selling system are provided for stationary stock of book, uniform, course book, or other material with unlimited numbers. The school can categorize each type of stationary for generating summary at the end of day, month or year.

The module has the main functions to control stock. The user can setup new product to sell in the school and category by type that can make user easy to filter. In the list it shows the number sale by total stock in, stock out, current stock and stock out. When the users want to update the current stock, they can search and update the quantity and it save as history as stock by date.

2. Sale Stationary

It is the kind of point of sale which auto stock out and save record for user. The sum of sale amount will auto group by type of product and include in the report of the day. With the option of payable, user can sale product without quantity in the list. It makes the payable records for next transaction. The sale of product can be in USD or Reils. 

3. Sale History

The list of sale history is stored here. The user can stock in for wrong sale by return record to stock. With the option "In", it will provide the list of stock in by date search. "Out" shows the list for stock selling records.
